Board of Governors

Honorary President, 28^th Bomb Wing CC Spouse, Marlina Doss: Serves as an Ambassador for the TESC, an Advisor to the TESC Board, and Representative of the Team Ellsworth Spouses Club.

Honorary Advisor, 28^th Bomb Wing CV Spouse, Joyce Hoadley: Serves as a mentor, helps guide and support the TESC Board of Governors, and represents the Team Ellsworth Spouses’ Club.

Honorary Advisor, 28^th Bomb Wing CCC Spouse, Dominic Hemingway: Serves as a mentor, helps guide and support the TESC Board of Governors, and represents the Team Ellsworth Spouses’ Club.

Scholarship Advisor, Valerie Hresko: Serves as a mentor for the Scholarship committee, helps guide and support the TESC Scholarship committee, and ensures timely and fair disposition of scholarship funds, as well as spouse business grants.

President, VACANT:  Presides over and supports all TESC Functions, including TESC Board meetings and the Executive Committee meetings.

1st Vice President, VACANT:  Assumes the duties of the President in his/her absence. Coordinates the standing committees on the Operational Side of TESC.

2nd Vice President, Tami Corby:  Assumes the duties of the 1st Vice President in his/her absence. Coordinates the standing committees on the Charitable Side of TESC.

Parliamentarian, Sheryl Cronan:  Has a thorough knowledge of and advises the President on the Team Ellsworth Spouses’ Club Constitution and By-Laws, Standing Rules, Robert’s Rules of Order (as they relate to TESC) and the rules governing private organizations on EAFB (AFI 34-223).

Secretary, VACANT:  Takes, types, and keeps the Official Minutes of all Board Meetings and any other meetings where he/she is requested. Compiles board reports for distribution to the Board for each meeting.

  Operational Side

(under the 1^st Vice President)

Operational Treasurer, Melinda Boyd & Nancy Gradé:  Assumes responsibility for all funds pertaining to the TESC Operational Fund and keeps a complete record of the accounts and insurance policies.

Membership Chair, Abby Rowan:  Responsible for maintaining an accurate and up-to-date roster of current TESC members.

Reservations Chair, VACANT:  Coordinates with the Social Chair to determine the cost of events, meal options, sends out electronic invitations and records all RSVPs.

Socials Chair, VACANT:  Responsible for planning all TESC socials.

Publicity Chair, Cat Bridston:  Handles all publicity for the TESC, including advertising in the Bomber Blast, Ellsworth Housing newsletter, TESC Facebook page, and other sources of marketing and publicity available to the TESC.

Retiree Liaison, VACANT:  Acts as the liaison between the TESC retired spouses and the TESC Board of Governors.  Helps build relationships with retiree organizations within the local community.

Newsletter Chair, VACANT:  Maintains and publishes the TESC monthly newsletter.

Hospitality Chair, VACANT:  Helps welcome new members and guests, recognizes all new TESC members, guests, and any farewells.

Ways & Means Chair, VACANT: Oversees ways to raise funds for the TESC.

Webmaster, Janessa Bixel: Designs, develops, and updates the TESC webpage as needed.





 

 Charitable Side

(under the 2^nd Vice President)

Charitable Treasurer, Melinda Boyd (soon to be vacant due to PCS): Assumes responsibility for all funds pertaining to the TESC Charitable Fund and keeps a complete record of their accounts.

Thrift Shop Chair/Lead Associate, Maria Pino:  Acts as the liaison between the TESC Thrift Shop and the TESC Board of Governors as well as General Membership.

Charitable Requests Chair, VACANT:  Maintains charitable requests and fulfillments.

Ella’s Closet Chair, Sheryl Cronan:  Maintains and oversees the Ella’s Closet.

Auction Chair, VACANT: Organizes and oversees the TESC Scholarship Auction.

Scholarship Chair, Alyssa Silko:  Organizes and oversees the TESC Scholarship Program.

Community Outreach Chair, VACANT: Organizes and oversees opportunities to serve our community, both on and off base.
